Kiaora all! The sun didnt come up today cos its been raining and now its getting quite dark (4pm) so thought id post a quick update. So far ive had one week of my first course (gender development). Its not too hard so is going well. The temperatures have raised a little and today its actually above zero! Hopefully we will get some snow soon! My room in Boersen is on the is quite nice and has a huge window with a nice view. Im living with 5 others including 3 Africans, a Bosnian and a Norwegian. Theres not too many people here yet in the halls but aparently everyone turns up soon. The student events centre/ bar is cool and has concerts and events most wednesdays and fridays during the semester so should be fun! Ive met a few cool new people already but cant wait to meet others as they come - around here you just have to be a good old Kiwi and say hi to everyone and start talking as people from Norway dont always say hi like im used to at Lincoln. Food is way more expensive than in NZ as is everything but its all part of the fun! I'll put on a few photos that I have of my room etc. Hope that wherever you are you're all well. Har en fantastisk dag!
